Change Tip Settings
Open Citcon App, click settings logo in the upper right corner and go to the settings page, click PAYMENT SETTINGS:
Show QR: Show QR code means your pos machine will produce a QRcode and your clients need scan the pos machine to make a payment. If not show QR code, your pos machine will need scan the code produced by your clients (either barcode or QR code) and your clients will make a payment. Simply click on the following dot, when the dot turns to blue which indicates “yes, I want to show my POS QR code”; when turns white which indicates “no, I will scan the clients’ code”.
Multiple Receipts: Click on the following dot of “Print Two Receipts”, when the dot turns to blue which indicates “yes, I need print two receipts for each transaction”; when turns white which indicates “no, one receipt is enough”.
Tips: Open Citcon App, click settings logo on the upper right corner and go to the settings page, click PAYMENT SETTINGS, If you have tip function, click the dot following with “Tip Screen” and turns the dotted blue. You can set the minimum percentage of the tip (which is the initial tip starting point) and the growth interval of the tip (which means the interval starting from the minimum percentage of the tip) (you can still choose whether you want to customize the tip and do not pay the tip when making the payment), click SAVE to complete the setting.
