Intermittent performance issues with citcon users

Due to an issue with one of our external service providers, some Citcon customers may experience occasional errors when using certain features on our platform. Our engineering team is implementing mitigation measures to bring Citcon services back online and reduce reliance on the affected systems. We’re beginning to see signs of recovery within our core infrastructure and continue to make progress toward fully restoring functionality.
